How do you remove a ticket that has been assigned to someone?
If you want to remove a ticket, you can remove from the Dashboard > Questions > All Questions.
Sorry Dominic I’m a bit confused….
What do I do here once I can see all the questions?
I don’t want to have to delete the question. Just remove who has been assigned to it.
You can go to the Dashboard > Questions > All Question > Edit Question then changes the author.
Ok, I can change the Author of the question but how does that affect who it’s been assigned to?
