dwqa cannot save comment answers but question comment works, plz help

Hi i have issues with dwqa plugins.
I cannot comment answers but can comment questions.
It seems to redirect but doesn’t save comment at all (i have check on wp admin)
I saw a similar question date 4 years ago but action.php doesn’t exist.
