Edit template.css via WordPress admin panel?

Is there a way to access and edit template.css directly through the WordPress admin panel (under Appearance > Editor)?

For template.css, you can not access and edit it directly through WordPress admin panel. You can find the template.css in \wp-content\themes\dw-focus\assets\css

In the WordPress Admin panel, you only can amend .PHP file, not other files located in the folder as template.css.
