Edit user profile page

How can I edit the layout of the user profile page?
For example, I don’t want the user to have the option of a cover image (Just profile pic).
Also the black outline (rectangle) that is around the Question and Answer tabs and just under the profile picture, doesn’t adjust to the size of the page layout properly.

Yes, you can custom in the plugins/dwqa-question-answer-pro/templates/styles/default/user–profile.php file.
You override this file in the theme folder by way, you can create the dwqa-templates folder in the folder theme and copy/paste the user-profile.php file into the dwqa-templates folder to custom.
