Editing Question form

Hi,

Dear Admin,i hope you are doing well.First of All I’d love to appreciate your approach and application.you did amazing and this will make a Big name,I believe.
I just want to ask,how can i edit my question form?
like i am an engineer and i need to ask several readings in different places,how can this be possible?

Hi Dominic,
Thank you for prompt reply.i am having my site http://myastrologystars.com and I put this plugin in http://myastrologystars.com/ask-question .
As my work is related to Astrology,i need to know how can I can i add this heading “Please mention your proper date of birth,time of birth and city of birth” instead of “Your Question“

To resolve this issue, you can open the question-submit-form.php file in the folder path “plugins\dw-question-answer\inc\templates\default“. Find the line 42.
