DominicI have checked your site and I think you have resolved this issue.
At this point, the theme using the HTML to show the “join” form in the footer 4 (Dashboard > Widgets).
To resolve this issue, you should install the contact form 7 plugin then create the form and use the shortcode in the footer positions.
