The option for asker to fill in their Email ID after asking question is not visible.
 
Can you please help restore it.

Hi, i tried deactivating all the plugins, but it is not working.

Every person who ask a question is required to fill in their email ID. It was working earlier, but suddenly it has stopped.

If the enter EMAIL ID option is not working, how will the person receive notification that his question has received a new answer?

Also, can someone from Designwall contact me for customising the plugin, as my earlier emails are not getting any response.

Hi,
I’m still vague about this issue. Whether you want to find Email of Anonymous ?
Or it’s not display in the  Submit Question page, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.
If you still face there issue,  you can send me your site for further checking.

Hi, the email option is now working all of a sudden. I had an issue with the template-functions.php file, so i used the backup file, and now when i see the Question page, it is showing the email option . 🙂
