How enable nested comments on answer?

Hi,

I don’t know how to enabled nested on answer like your system:

Of course in default wordpress settings I have yet enabled this feature.

I think you need settings permission in the Dashboard > Q&A > Permission tab to allow user can post a comment.
In case, you want to change the style of the button, please let me know, I will help you.
