Facebook not showing on Social Wall

I had the site working perfectly, then the Facebook tile disappeared (again) from my homepage wall. PLEASE ADVISE how and why this happens? It is the 2nd time this randomly occurs. Last time you fixed it for me, but I don’t know how. I need to know so I can fix it myself next time. This is URGENt please! I will send login via private message.

Thanks for fixing this Dominic.
As this is the second time this happens, can you please share what you did to resolve it? I don't want to have to bother you if it happens again.

Also, the Facebook tile used to be in the top right hand corner. It balanced well like this. Can I move it back there?

I have helped you change the home.php file in the inc folder.
Just changed from number 3 to 2 in line 14
About the last question, you can let me know detail about that.
