Facing problem with floating navigation bar in mobile/tablet view.

Yesterday I added categories to my website, but noticed that in mobile/tablet view, ie when the screen size is small to display all the categories in single view, one has to scroll down in category drop down to see more categories below, BUT as soon as we scroll down the category drop down, the menu collapse automatically, not allowing to see more categories below.
