Fatal error during installation of DW Question & Answer PRO

Hi,
I’ve recently downloaded DW Question & Answers PRO from Codecanyon (v.1.0.1) but at the end of the installation I get this fatal error:

Warning: Unexpected character in input: '\' (ASCII=92) state=1 in /home2/innviagg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/dw-question-answer-pro/inc/helper/functions.php on line 89

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home2/innviagg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/dw-question-answer-pro/inc/helper/functions.php on line 89

How can I solve this?

I have checked on our demo and it still works fine. I think this issue come from the version of PHP, you can update your PHP version or contact with your Hosting.
If you still face their issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.
