Hello,
I installed the KB plugin and after activiating it and installing the demo content, I get this message when I go to the /knowledge-base
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function dwkb_term_order() in /wp-content/plugins/dw-knowledgebase-pro/templates/front/index-dwkb-2.php:20 Stack trace: #0 /wp-content/plugins/dw-knowledgebase-pro/inc/init.php(335): require() #1 /wp-includes/shortcodes.php(319): dwkb_shortcode(”, ”, ‘dwkb’) #2 [internal function]: do_shortcode_tag(Array) #3 /wp-includes/shortcodes.php(197): preg_replace_callback(‘/\\[(\\[?)(dwkb)(…’, ‘do_shortcode_ta…’, ‘[dwkb]\n’) #4 /wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(286): do_shortcode(‘[dwkb]\n’) #5 /wp-includes/plugin.php(203): WP_Hook->apply_filters(‘[dwkb]\n’, Array) #6 /wp-includes/post-template.php(240): apply_filters(‘the_content’, ‘[dwkb]’) #7 /wp-content/themes/dw-helpdesk/page.php(9): the_content() #8 /wp-includes/templat in /wp-content/plugins/dw-knowledgebase-pro/templates/front/index-dwkb-2.php on line 20
This error only shows up with I have the category order enabled. I am running the site on apache and php 7.1.6.
Please let me know if you have a fix.
Thanks!

Sorry, I have the site hosted locally for testing purposes right now but it is this bit of code that is causing the issue, commenting it out makes everything show up like normal:

if ( 'on' == DWKB_CAT_ORDER ) {
$terms = dwkb_term_order($terms);
}

Line 19 in index-dwkb-2.php

I have checked and installed the DWKB on the local and see that the plugin working fine. I have used the PHP 7.1.6.
I saw you said that you have activated the plugin then install demo content.
What demos content? Are you using the Helpdesk theme? Right?. Please send me the theme are you using, we will install and check it.

Yes I am using a child theme of DW Helpdesk with no modifications. I installed the demo content from the installation instructions which I then noticed the error in the knowledge base. After trying to troubleshoot it, I deleted all the KB articles that were added via the demo content and made some test ones but got the same error. I will attach a screenshot of all the installed plugins and versions.

I think this is some issue with the older version. Which the theme version are you using here? I have installed the DW Helpdesk theme and activated all the plugin and see that the theme/ plugins working fine. In your case, you can send me your email, I will send to you the latest version of the DW Helpdesk theme that we have updated and released in the Today.
We have updated this version into the Themeforest. If you want to download from here, you can wait for 1 – 2 days.
