Fatal error with dw-focus 1.3.5

we use dw-focus 1.3.5 and have this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare dw_focus_custom_theme_settings_menu() (previously declared in /home/nlbyxnv/www/alv/wp-content/themes/dw-focus/framework-customizations/theme/options/settings.php:5) in /home/nlbyxnv/www/alv/wp-content/themes/dw-focus/framework-customizations/theme/options/settings.php on line 14
can you help?
