File upload doesnt attach the file to the question

Hi there,
I’m using the file upload on the questions but I cannot see where the images are being uploaded to the question or what question they relate to? They appear in the media gallery but there’s no way of knowing what question they relate to? Please help 🙂

Yes, all the file upload from the question and answer will show in the Media. At the moment, you can not find the local/question/answer of the image.
