Footer menu + copyright info

Hi, how would I go having the footer menu + copyright info places as a widget instead of how it currently comes?

1. To change the footer menu, you can log in to dashboard > Appearance > Menu

2. To change the copyright info, you can open the functions.php file / line 125 -> 128.
