foreing language support and dash board

Heloo my name is deniz. We have an NGO in Turkey active an the agricultural develıpoment. We would like to publish a magazine in the area of agricultural production. We look at various tthemes. I would like to find out about couple of isuues;

1) We need to change menus to turkish which we have charecters like ç, ş, ü, ğ, can we do it?

2) Can we have multi languages version?

3) How is the dash board of your theme? İs there any way for us to try it in a live demo?

4) How is the management of add spaces?
