Great plugin but i have a problem can’t answer question in box also dont see html edit

i cant put text in the answer box i removed other plugins i dont understand whats wrong

Hi,
I have checked your site and see that you have resolved issue about the answer box.
About the html edit, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.
I have checked on our demo and it display now.
