Headlines Malfunctioning: Why do posts "slide" up past the widget title

hello,
I am having a problem with one of my Headlines widgets. I have three Headlines widgets stacked under a News Slider widget in the Home Content section. See http://www.BASICSnews.ca.
The problem is that the Headlines section closest to the top “slides” the content up past the title. It’s an ugly malfunction, and gives an otherwise nice website a very amateurish character.
Can you help fix it? Advice?

At the moment, our DW Focus: Headlines widget only support in the Under Navigation position. You can not put this widget into the Home Content section
