I’ve been having an issue with the dropdown menu on mobile devices of my page http://www.la-ocasion.nl, it simply won’t open. I thought it would work automatically… how can I fix this ?

DominicI have checked your site and see that you are using the older version, I have installed the latest version 1.1.8, you can check your site now. It works fine now.
evelynemontensHi Dominic, thanks for the installing, but I can still not open the dropdown menu from my phone, only if the watch the page on a computer or laptop… can I send a screenshot somewhere ? Am I doing something wrong ?
I have checked your site and see that the issue come from the Smart Mobile plugin. I have disabled this plugin and the site working fine.

aaaaaaah ! sorry to bother you again, i made a mistake and had to install my website again from a restore backup from yesterday and again the menu doesn’t work for mobile devices. Would you please have a look at it again or telle me how to fix it ? Also the left sidebar doesn’t go all the way to the top in the laptop version and overall i would like the text/page part to be wider so the text spreads over the screen instead of staying in a column in the middle. is that possible too ? Thanks for all your help !!!

In this case, you can check the version of the DW Minion theme and disable the Smart Mobile plugin if you are activating. If you still face their issue, you can send me your account I will access and help you resolve it.
