anil4u4everI am using “DW Question & Answer” free version plugin & having a issue.When ever a member giving a reply on answer on questions, Email notification goes to all members including unapproved members.i want to exclude unapproved users from notification email. Can it be possible in free version. please let me know.

DominicAt the moment, the plugin does not support an option to send an email to ALL USERS of new questions, answer submitted. in this case, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.
I have checked your site and see that it’s an older version of the theme. I’m not sure about the 1.3.3 options. In this case, you can update the plugin to latest version 1.4.5. After uploading, you can check and let me know if you still face their issue.
Also, I have created an account is Dominic – [email protected] to test this issue and it gets notification from the new answer not question.
I think you should update the plugin.

"just demo question notification" & "ạkhdasdasdhakjs". In this case, email; notification should not go to "[email protected]" email id as this email id not approved yet. I think there is an issue with current plugin. Also, notification receiving multiple (sometimes 3) emails sent in a row of the same email from [email protected]. can those both issue will be resolved, if i update the plugin to latest veresion (1.4.5). please let me know.

DominicI’m not sure 100% it will work. However, you can update the plugin and check it then let me know if you still face their issue, I will help you check and fix it. In the case, if you want to use the 1.3.3 version you can download this version from wordpress.org. Also, I think the latest version will work fine.
I have already tried with updating plugin to latest version (1.4.5). still it’s not working. it’s sending notification email to all members ( including unauthorized users as well ) . Again i have downgraded the plugin to 1.3.3 now. You can update & check from back-end. Can you please look into the issue & let me know the solution.

Please help me disable all the plugin to check the issue. I sure the issue not come from our plugin. After disabling the plugins, If you still face their issue, please send me your FTP account we will check it.
I am using “Role Scoper” WordPress plugin. is that causing any issue. can you please check the “Role Scoper setting” from wp-admin.
One more thing, I got below message from my hosting:

It’s happening due to notification emails fired to all members. Is there there any way to limit “DW Question & Answer” email notification. Please let me know ASAP.
