Please go to your Dashboard > Settings > Permalink, Just click on Save Changes button, it will update your permalink setting and remove 404 error in DWQA page

I just tried this and I’m still getting a 404 page. I have tried multiple permalink settings.
mydomain.com/?post_type=dwqa-question&p=30
