How do I remove URL field from comment login

I would like to know how I can remove URL field from comment login. I have tried various methods for this per google and they have all caused syntax errors. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your quick response. I have been since able to locate the bit of code in the comments.php file and have simply removed it.
