How do I translate certain parts of the theme?

Hi,

We’ve trying to figure out a way to translate certain aspects of the theme to Spanish but we don’t know how, can you help?

For example:

Search Bar
Reading now
Next (to go to the next article)
By (when crediting person writing a post)

I think that’s all I need to translate (for now), how and where would I do that?
