How do I translate the symbols question status?

Hi, I have translated the entire DWQA, with two exceptions that I can’t figure out:

when you hover the cursor over the symbols for the question status (the arrow, the checkmark), you can see the meaning of those signs (e.g. ANSWERED). I can’t figure out a way of translating those. I translated every line in localization and I could not find it.
How do I translate the word Open that’s sitting in an oval, orange shape by a question? I could not find an entry for that either.

Hi,

At the moment, our plugin just possible translate the status when you click the arrow, and it will back the English language when it selected. It’s bug from plugin. I sent and notified our technical team about this problem, we will discuss about this in the next version. sorry about that, My friend.
If you want to translate you can open the teplate-functions.php file in the folder path "wp-contentpluginsdw-question-answerinc". Find line 682 to line 698.
You can send me a screenshot for further checking.
