How to activate 3 columns and activate metro layout on the home page

We uploaded the theme successfully to the theme uploader and we setup the whole theme. the only problem is configuring the home page layout like that one in your live demo. It’s got three columns and the metro layout at the top. We went threw general settings, widgets, theme settings and we still couldn’t figure it out, did we have to upload another file? you offered other files to download but we downloaded the theme files as default like every other standard theme. or is this option somewhere deeper in the back end of WordPress? Don’t say its in pages cause we already went their and for pages like in the menu’s we can change the template options no problem, how can we set the home up to this result offering metro layout and 3 columns.
