How to change the "Continue reading" text in DW Minion?

To be more precise: I want the button, that has writen “Continue Reading” to say “Chcę przeczytać resztę”.
What file should I edit, and where?

To resolve this issue, you can open 2 file:
…/content-single.php: Find the line 15
…/content.php: Find the line 10
