how to change the dwqa title href

Hi
h3.dwqa-title is set to a wrong url – when a non-logged in user is not registered yet and wants to register to add a response they must click “register” but the url link is wrong… how do i access the code to change the url to the correct one?

Firstly, Please change the Permalink (Dashboard > Setting > Permalink).
If you still face there issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking (via private answer).
