How to get rid of email requirement when posting question as anonymous?

Hi,
I started using this plugin for my wordpress website and its working great. I want to be able to let anonymous people ask questions without having to input their email address. Currently, putting down the email address is mandatory for someone to ask an anonymous question and i would like to remove that feature. Do i have to modify the .php files? If so, which one? My website is: http://www.learnimmunology.com in case you need to see it.

Unfortunately, Our DW Q&A does not support this issue, If someone to ask an anonymous question will need the email address.
