How to get widget category to hover?

How did you get the widget category full to hover in this video?

I cant seem to click on it to make it hover. was there an option i missed or is this a plugin?

it is hovering over the page at 30sec.

Hi Lucas,

The thing you saw at the 30th second is an effect in our video, it is not an effect used for web.
You can see more detail in our demo http://demo.designwall.com/#dw-focus . Absolutely, it can be clicked like that.
