At the moment, you can use the Save Draft button in the answer form to allow a moderator to release/publish answers submitted by supporter.
When a supporter answer a question then save draft the answer, the moderator can log in your site and access the question to verify.
Note: You can change “Role” for User is Editor in the Dashboard > User.
