how to I setup email notification to go out to all users when a new question is posted?

Hi,
At the moment, you only add user’s email addresses by navigating to back-end settings of the plugin. Our plugin doesn’t still support to automatically send email notification to users when a new question is posted.
However, that’s great idea, my friend 🙂
We will consider and discuss in the upcoming version of the plugin.

Thank for your interesting in our product, At this point, we won’t update this feature to the plugin. Because very little of people want to add this feature. If you want to have it, we are ready to help you as a custom work with a charge of fee).
