How to put authors above sharing tools on posts?

Is there a code I can add/change to get the author to show up above the sharing tools on posts, rather than below, when they’re to the left of the body text on the full version of the site?

To resolve this issue, you can open the functions.php file in the folder path “wp-content\themes\dw-focus”. Copy the line code 448 to line 474, then add this code under line 434.
