How to set up the DW Promobar on login page

I am using the DW Promobar plugin with my WordPress site. Everything is looking great, but I ALSO need to have the promobar on the WP login page (which is initially the 1st page of our site.) Is this possible?

Unfortunately, our plugin does not support this issue.
