How to submit new question? Always error “Are you cheating huh?”

Hello!
I installed this plugin yesterday. Overall, it was easy and quick to install everything. But there is a problem – no one who is not connected to the admin panel can ask a question. Every time it throws this error “Are you cheating huh?”.
Tested from different devices and multiple people from different IP addresses. Error. We cannot ask questions.
