How to turn on comments?

Hi! I have trouble with comments. I can’t see them on my page (http://prntscr.com/5oj79b) and have no idea how to turn them on. I was searching in settings but couldn’t find anything.

To turn on the comment section in the single question, you can configure in the settings of DW Q&A plugin, please log in to Dashboard > Q&A > Settings > Permission.

I’m logged in as an admin.

Firstly, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.
If you still face there issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking (via private answer).
