How to update DW Focus (deallotto)

Hi,
I send an email a couple of days ago but haven’t received any update yet..
So I bought the DW Focus as part of the deallotto package. I’ve also send the receipt as requested but I haven’t yet received the update, even after a week?
Please let me know how I can get the update asap?
