Shawn HellwegeSo when I make a new knowledge base article and I click on bold or something, the text doesn\\\’t show bold but uses the strong tag. Same with hyperlinks and other things. How do you enable a tinyMCE-like content entry system. It works for making new pages or articles, I just don’t see the “Visual” and “Text” tabs to switch between.
I tried to install the tinyMCE enhanced editor but it didn\\\’t seem to make a difference. Is there something I am missing or to get a WYSIWYG you need the pro version?
DominicAt the moment, the plugin uses the Text editor of WordPress and get the style of your theme not come from our plugin.
In your case, you should check other plugins. I think you have disabled the visual editor when writing in your profile page. If you still face their issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.
