I am getting an error on activation, plugin won't activate

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class recaptcharesponse in /nas/wp/www/staging/onvaping/wp-content/plugins/dw-question-answer/inc/lib/recaptcha-php/recaptchalib.php on line 137
Just wondering why this is happening and how to fix this issue.

Figured out the issue; another plugin was calling the recaptchalib.php file and so it was throwing up that error.
Fixed by commenting out line 41 of dw-question-answer.php, this isn’t the most elegant solution because it will be overwritten on plugin updates.
I would urge the developers to first check if that file has been loaded so that it won’t cause that error.
