I cannot change my cover image

Hi,
I tried changing my cover image by uploading a new jpg or png file. But when I select the file from my local computer, nothing happens. I changed already the settings on php.ini for the max upload file size.
Please help.

Which version of DW Timeline are you using? Could you send us your site URL and the admin account so we can check it for you.

you can send me your image, I will help you resolve this issue. I have tested on my computer and still work fine.

Hmm…that’s weird. How can I send my image to you? I don’t see any file attachment here.
