Please send me the username & password of your site for further checking. I will help you resolve this issue. I think the plugin conflicting with the comment feature of your theme or another plugin.
Can I reach out by email? How can I contact you? Can we do a remote session? What is the minimal WordPress role you would need in WordPress to debug it?

You can check the options from the Dashboard > Questions > Settings > Permission.
