I purchased the support service for Q&A Pro. I have two issues. I cannot respond via the comments. Here is the answer I get: “Sorry, comments are closed for this item.”. In addition, the question status drop-down menu is truncated. Please advise,
Please send me the username & password of your site for further checking. I will help you resolve this issue. I think the plugin conflicting with the comment feature of your theme or another plugin.
