I cant View the Answers as the admin nor can the user view the answers

So I’m using the pro version which i purchased from here: https://gpldload.com/product/dw-question-answer-pro/
So the problem is :  I cant view the answers, When I or the user submit the answer the page refreshed and the answer does not appear, although I can see the answers in the backend by going to Question > answers but I cant see it on the Site.
