I find it difficult to ask questions to you as you don’t answer all the questions. Previously, I asked you 2 questions, but you answered only one. Is there a better way of contacting you, like chat.
I have been sending questions to you for few days already and I asked you a lot of questions but not all questions were answered. I’m very disappointed. If pre-sale questions are not answered completely, how can I expect you to answer questions asking for technical support.
Now, I have to wait for at least 12 hours again just to see your INCOMPLETE ANSWERS.
