INFO: how to remove : SIDE NOTE – question status side bar

Hello there ,
this post to require detailed instruction for remove question status side bar.
On my site , many customer are disappointed beacuse of this side bar.

They are confused beacuse all the Q&A are not well categorized.

Please , can you show me how and if is possible to remove this side bar/function?
