installed but no submit button

Hi I came across your plugin and thought it looks great, installed it on my site after downloading version 1.32 of questions and answers and can’t get a submit button to show 🙁

am using my own modified theme and everything else is working fine
also I noticed your other embed question plugin is not available to download keeps giving me a 404 error page as wanted to try that also
