Is it possible to move out automatic display of related questions title when someone want to ask new question

Hello
I want to ask is it possible to move out displaying of related questions titles when someone want to ask his new question title
But i would like to move out just on this page where people asking new questions not on list of questions because i think on list of questions its very usefull
 
I think its harder for me to have unique title questions on google search because people often choosing related questions when they asking new questions insteed of asking unique one every time
