If you want make a separate blog page, you just possible use the categories in the shortcode for each page( Forms and Fees ).
Very simple to do it, just created the categories and add the posts. Finally, you can select the categories that you want display in your blog page.

dominicI know what you want. However, our theme does not support to make a blog page as you mentioned here, unfortunately.
