Knowledge base section for each user

Hi,
I would like to use the DW knowledge base pro but I have a question before I buy it.
I need to build a knowledge base for my online store but I want to have the ability to let users manage their own section in the knowledge base. Each section will have it’s own page. For example, in this knowledge base there is My product user manual and I want to have a separate section for the user-manual in french that the french distributor will be able to manage it on his own.
Is it possible with the DW knowledge base pro?
