Language Translation Files

Hello,
Recently i am having a problem when updating the language translation files:
dwqa-he_IL.mo
dwqa-he_IL.po
whenever i change them nothing seem to change. even when i delete them nothing changes.

Have you tried to select your language in the WordPress language setting?
If you still face their issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.

for some wierd reason, when i delete the translation file from this path:
/wp-content/plugins/dw-question-answer-pro-new/languages
the state of the translation is changed a little bit, but when i update the file, it doesnt change.

also, why is this path: /wp-content/plugins/dw-question-answer/languages
irelevant for the translation file?

for starters can you tell me which file i should change in order to change the translation? what is the exact path of this file?
