Hello Team,
My client is using dw knowledge base pro plugin with the thrive theme. I am currently trying to override the plugin\’s template file via child theme we are using. Can you please tell that how can i override the template files? I have tried to put the plugin file in the child theme folder but it doesn\’t work. Any help be appreciated.

At the moment, you can not override the plugin\’s template file via the child theme. Our plugin does not support to do that.

Thanks for the response brother, Is it possible in future that this feature be available? Can you suggest that till when your next version for this plugin be out. I can make the change from plugin folder right now. As for next update i can use files in the child theme if you will add the feature.

I’m not sure about this option in the next version. I sent and notified to our technical team about this option. We will check and discuss about it.
