Live updates of question list?

Is there a way to have the list of questions automatically update when a new question is asked? I have the questions on the side of live video, and I want the questions to update for all the viewers when someone asks (or the moderator approves) a new question.

At the moment, the plugin does not support this option. I sent and notified to our technical team about this issue, we will check discuss about it.
